Noah is a direct-to-consumer ecommerce business born in the pandemic with a vision to equip customers embarking on new endeavours with high quality starter kits at accessible prices through strategic bundling.
As Head of Brand & Design at noah I was able to work directly with the Co-Founders in the early stages of the business to establish the Vision and Mission whilst visually rebranding, in order to reposition and define a truly unique D2C business.
Building brand loyalty was paramount to my role as Head of Brand and Design, and incorporates all design disciplines. From packaging, to content creation, I managed all Noah customer touchpoints end-to-end.
It's (almost) impossible to connect with customers without a performance marketing strategy. Working collaborateively with the marketing team, I oversaw all creative output across the wide landscape of social platforms.
