Ecommerce is a noisy and competitive consumer space, so standing out visually is paramount to success in bulding a memorable brand. At my time with Noah, I lead the creation and evolution of all product and brand creative assets. Collaborating with internal and external talent to build a portfolio of truly excellent content.
Finding the perfect balance between engaging and informative was the biggest challenge we faced when creating ecommerce images and videos. I lead the development of our in-house studio and created a culture of experimentation in art direction to perfect the Noah style.
My goal as creative lead was to elevate the products beyond the 'thumbnail' customer experience so that they could live on any chanel, in any environment and ignite a desire to purchase.
Giving our customers the confidence they needed to get started 'beyond the box' was the mission of our community platform. This required a series of videos and accompanying hands on guides for each of our starter kits. Shot completely in-house, we worked closely with professionals to develop these memorable experiences.
